Coding conventions for Apia projects

The aim of the manual is to train the user to program "Business classes" in Apia 2.4. Even if the handbook focuses on "Java" business classes, it also provides tools to create "Query filter" and "Web Service" business classes. On the other hand, to allow better usage of "Business classes", the handbook focuses on "Events" and "Web Services" in Apia 2.4. It is directed towards people familiarized with Apia's functioning and that have basic knowledge in Java programming.
