Set of videos that contain a demo of the product ApiaITIL. It shows the administration of the whole cycle of IT services, since the creation of an incident, the creation of a problem, its change and afterwards the release. After the release, how the finishing tasks of all the processes are enabled is shown. How that incident is published in a product knowledge Base, through a knowledge file (AKI), of type ABR (Apia Bug Report) is also shown.

It is a powerful tool which allows the institutions which offer credits, to reduce to the maximum the delinquent rate and collect in the shortest possible time the unpaid liabilities. The tool consists of 5 modules: Scheduler, Binnacle, Maintenance, Clearing and Queries. Next, a series of videos which show the operation of the modules Scheduler and Binnacle, as well as a brief introduction to the system will be presented.
