Best practice

The following function is included in API JavaScript programming, which allows deleting text entered in "Text editor":

clearEditor(formName, fieldName, parent)

Parameters it receives are:

  • formName: name of the form that contains the editor.
  • fieldName: name of the attribute used in the editor.
  • parent: you must enter letter "E" if the form belongs to an entity or "P" if it belongs to a process.
